Yes, every order comes with Dailykit packaged box and bubble wrap to keep the item safe.

Q. When will my items be shipped after order placed?
We will ship your order within 24 business hours.

Q. How long is the estimated time delivery?
Peninsular Malaysia: 2-4 working days
Sabah/Sarawak: 7-11 working days

Note: The above estimated arrival time is officially provided by the delivery company, we do not guarantee the exact arrival time.

Q. I want to gift it to my friend on a specific day, can I send choose my preferred delivery time?
Yes! we can arrange this for you, but not for all area and you will need to pay for your own delivery, you may feel free to contact our customer support before you place your order if you want to deliver on a specific day.

Unfortunately, we do not offer same day delivery yet, but if you're staying in Klang Valley or Kuala Lumpur area, you may contact our customer support before you place an order, we will assist you to arrange the best we can do.

Q. Can you ship my order overseas?
Yes, but you will need to pay the overseas postage fee by your own. We can ship to specific country such as Singapore and Taiwan, if you would like to ship to another country or enquire about overseas postage fee, kindly contact our customer support.

PAYMENT 付款问题

Q. Is COD (Cash On Delivery) available?
Yes! COD is available, do note that there will be a RM5 handling fee for every COD order.

Q. 是否提供货到付款(Cash On Delivery)?
是的! 我们提供货到付款服务。请注意,每个货到付款的订单将有RM5的手续费。 


Q. What are the available payment method?
We do accept FPX Online Banking, Credit/Debit Card, Bank Transfers, Touch'nGo e-wallet and Boost e-wallet.

Q. 有哪些可用的付款方式?
我们接受FPX线上付款、信用卡、银行转账、Touch'nGo电子钱包和Boost电子钱包。


Q. What if I paid an extra amount during offline bank transfer (ATM)?
It is advised to pay the exact amount of your order, but if you have transferred an extra amount, kindly contact our customer support, providing your name and bank account details, we will transfer back the changes to you as soon as possible.

WARRANTY 保家问题

Q. When does the warranty start to count?
Our system will start counting from the day you receive the goods/products, if you are not sure about the remaining period of your product warranty, kindly contact our customer support to check.

Q. 保家从什么时候开始计起?
我们的系统会从您收到货的那一天开始计算,如果您不清楚保家剩余期限,可以联系我们的客服查询。


Q. How do I return the product to claim warranty?
You may contact our customer support for arrangement, to send the goods/products back to us, we will provide up to RM10 reimbursement for postage.

Q.我要如何把货物退给你们申请保修?邮费可以报销吗?
您可以联系我们的客服进行安排,通过邮寄方式或者直接到我们的办公室把货物送回来,邮费方面我方会提供高达RM10报销。


Q. If I want to return my gift-packaged goods/products during warranty period, will the returned goods/products still come gift-packaged?
No, we will only send the goods/products back to you, but we do offer a repacking service, RM10 will be charged for a complete gift box package.

Q.如果我在保家期间要换取礼盒包装的货物,请问退还回来的货物还会有礼盒包装吗?
不会,我们只会把货物寄回给您,但是我们有提供重新包装礼盒的服务,整套完整的包装收费是RM10。
